ODATA Feed Data Source dropping final slash

I have a OData feed with username/password basic authentication. I've got it working and refreshing in Power BI Desktop with no issues. But when I publish to PBI Service and try adding my credentials to connect to the data, I get an error about the URL not being recognized. It looks like it's because the trailing "/" is getting stripped from the OData feed somehow. Has anyone seen this? Any ideas how to fix it?
