Hi,
Something strange has happened in my pbi - can anybody help?
You can see I have whole number columns in this table
But they are not showing as such
This is stopping me using a matrix visualisation.
Does anybody have any ideas.
Thanks

Hi @Richard_Halsall ,
According to my tests, my values fit into the Value of the matrix normally.
Is your Power BI Desktop up to date, and if not, update it to the latest version.
Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center
Whether your data source is related to calculation groups in the SSAS model may prevent you from adding any columns to the matrix visual values bucket.
Refer to:
Pull a column into values pane of Matrix - Microsoft Power BI Community
Calculation groups in Analysis Services tabular models | Microsoft Learn
Solved: Can't add value field to "Values" in visual - Microsoft Power BI Community

It might contain unsupported data, if I recall correctly the logic that determines data category in PBI Desktop only accounts for the top 1000 rows.
Can you show an example of what the numbers look like in a matrix?
It will only let me put the numeric fields in Columns not Values
