Number format in the publication

Good afternoon, consult, you know because when publishing a report the numbers are displayed with decimal separator with comma and thousands separator with period?.... on the desktop if it is displayed well (decimal point and comma for thousands).... In my publication (in my machine) I also visualize it well but in the machine of a 3rd decimal separator with comma and thousands separator with point is displayed. ?

Thank you

Best regards

Good day, because the problem is only visualization. On my desktop and on my machine to see the publication all ok ... The problem is in the client's machine where commas are periods and periods are commas..... I sense that it is something of decimal point configuration and thousands separator but client states that Excel is fine, only has the problem with the visualization.
