Number format Power BI

Hi Experts

How would you format the following number as billions in power bi...

I have a measure with i am trying to wrap format around so ( Measure name = Format(measure),"#,###") etc...)

i want to show $1,055.5 in power bi but i am getting $1.055 current (notice the . and ,) error too
