Notification emails from THIS FORUM are treated as SPAM by Microsoft spam filters and quarantined

My boss claims that he request he went to some Microsoft site that governs "[email protected] and submitted a request to have the sending email address removed from the unsafe senders list, basically to white list it. From what I understand, NOBODY but Microsoft can control these settings as it is a service we subscribe to. 

In other words, there is nothing I can do in my personal Outlook setup, or even our own Exchange setup that can allevieate this. 

Just curious if anyone else who utilizes Microsoft email quarantine services is seeing the same thing, in that MICROSOFT is flagging email FROM [email protected] for quarantine.
