Not working Publishing

Hello,

 

does anyone kno what's happening to publish report to web PBI?

since yesterday i've got this message saying an error occurred while attempting to pbulish: Publishing failed for an unknown reason..

 

any ideas?

    Hi Anonymous,

    First , I want to check with you whether you still can't publish the report to Power BI service ? If yes , could you please provide the following information :

    1. Which situation can't be published to Power BI Service? Is it  for all reports or just for one certain report?

    2. What's the data source are you used? Single or multiple? And the related connection mode is ?

    3. Have any custom visuals applied to report?

    4. Whether the data can be refreshed successfully in Power BI Desktop?

    5. Whether the size of report file is beyond the limited size (1 GB in shared capacity )

    6. Can you sign in Power BI service successfully?

    7. Whether the storage of workspace which the report would publish to be sufficient or not?
