Not refreshing changes in PowerBI

I have a powerbi destop published in Powerbi Services so I can view the report from the web.  Up to a couple of months ago, if I made any change in the powerbi Destop file, the report was also automated in the web (powerBi Services), but that is not happening anylonger.   Data reshed is working OK without issues, but not the changes of the widgets.

Is this something that has been changed by powerbi or is there a flag somewhre that I need to activate so I donot have to republied everytime I made a change in report?

Hi @vzbkb1

Please check this flag in Power Query table

Are you using Direct Query mode or import mode?
Please clear browser Catch & History?
Please check if you saved any bookmark of the report or not.
Please check Power BI Service schedule refresh history and check the original data source, are there any new data available

The data is refreshed without any problem.  The issue  is that if I change a visual in PowerBi desktop, this is not updated in PowerBi service

Hi @vzbkb1

I think you are replacing the PBIX when publishing. Generally it works.
But for now, can you please delete the Dataset from Power BI service and publish again?

Yes, I can delete de Dataset from PowerBi Service and republish it again.  The issue is that this was not necessary in the past.  It was updated automatically.  My question is why this is not updated autocally as before and to understand if I have to change something to ensure that the Dataset is updated without having to delete it and re-publish again

Hello @vzbkb1 ,

in order to show what you did on power bi desktop in service, you need to publish the report to service. it was always like that.

Hi @vzbkb1

Not sure. For me always it is working but few time 1 or 2 cases I found, not working. Once deleted and republish, get resolved.
