Not all variables in the columns are shown

Hello, I'm quite new using Power BI and I don't understand the next problem:

When I upload an Excel file to filter data in PBI, the system hide me part of the information that should be displayed in the information boxes. This make that that colum it's shown with the same data during all the rows and that's not real:

When I open the filter it shows this message:

camarenadidac_1-1712656256642.png

And only after Load more data, shows all the years of my Excel file:

The added problem is that I can't select for example two options because PBI continues only showing one option as valid. I don't understand how to fix this problem or which could be the propper solution.

Hello @Anonymous ,

it's not actually a problem, Power query works like this.

the thing is, Power query show a sample of your data so that you do the transformation on it and then when refreshing or loading the data, the transformation will be applied on all the data when loading.

that's why you can click the load all to see the options and you done or you can also click on this on the bottom of the page and change it to show for the entire dataset.
