Not able to specify Longitude and Latitude data on Flow Map

Hello,

I am trying to add the Flow Chart onto my canvas in Power BI.

I am using the Flow Map for Power BI.

in my table I have specified  longitude and latitude as data category.

However, on the canvas, when I select the Flow Map chart on the canvas and I drag and drop the Longitude and Latitude columns on the chart, it does not accept it. There is no error message.

The datatype for the above is decimal.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Veemal

I'm having the exact same problem and unfortunately the solution offered does not resolve this. Is any further support available please?

@VeemalS , In column tools you can categorize them as long and lat. Do that and try

Any update?

Thanks

Hi @amitchandak ,

I did that. See below

They are already marked and recognised as Longitude and Latitude.

But, still in the Flow Map, I am unable to bring them in.

Thanks
