Good point, I suggest you to carefully review MS documentation on this connector (limitations and known issues/common errors) - Office 365 Outlook - Connectors | Microsoft Learn and post a question to Power Automate experts, if needed - Microsoft Power Platform Community Forum Thread

Hi gsrikar33, you'd need first to solve the connection issue (which has nothing to do with Power BI).
I suggest you to do the following:
- verify that your email credentials are valid (login to outlook from InPrivate window of your browser)
- once you know that credentials are correct, go to https://flow.microsoft.com/ and check outlook connection: try update it. If not possible, remove the existing connection and create a new one. Again, do it from InPrivate browser if doesn't work with in a ususal browser tab
- once connection is restored, your flow should work, but to make sure, create a simple flow without Power BI (triggered manually) and simply send email to yourself. If it works, you can move to your initial flow.
Make sure you fix the connection error before coming back to your flow connected to Power BI 😉
Good luck!
Hello Sergi,
My Credentials are working fine.
I use Office 365 work account for Power BI service, MS Flow and other MS services.
However, I think we cant use Outlook(part of Office 365) and our outlook is still working on Exchange Server.
Can we send emails using Power Automate only when Outlook is synced with Office 365?
