Not able to see operators in Conditional Column

I'm trying to create a Conditional Column in Power BI desktop Version January 2018.

But i'm not able to see many Operators which are missing what is the issue?

I need to work on "Is lessthan or equal" and "Is greater than or equal" operator but im not seeing it at all.

If you select column which has numeric data, then you will see these selections you need:
