Dear Hb0135,
Please check the below steps:
1.Table Height:
- Ensure the table visual is resized to a height that doesn’t allow all rows to fit at once. This should trigger the scroll bar if there’s overflow data.
Page Size and Visual Positioning:
- Sometimes, if the table is positioned near the bottom of the report page, the scroll bar may appear partially cut off. Adjust the page size or move the visual higher to ensure there’s enough space around it.
Responsive Layout in Power BI Service:
- If you’re viewing this in Power BI Service and not Power BI Desktop, check if Responsive Layout is turned on. Resize the visual slightly to see if the scroll bar appears.
Column Widths:
- Manually adjust the width of the columns to prevent them from taking up too much space. If columns are too wide, they can push the scrollbar out of view.
Enable Scroll Bars:
- Go to the Format pane under Style > General > Grid > Scroll Bars (options may vary by version). Ensure scroll bars are enabled for vertical overflow.
Turn Off "Auto-size column width":
- In the Format pane, find the Column Headers section and toggle off Auto-size column width. This allows you to control column widths manually and may help trigger scroll bars.
If you’re still having trouble after trying these steps, please let me know your Power BI version, or share if this is occurring in Power BI Service versus Desktop, as some layout and scrolling issues vary across versions
