Hello,
Early in the morning, I am able to open a pbix file hosted on one of our servers, using a VPN connection.
However, when the day goes, we have probably more peoples connected via VPN and thereafter, I am not able to open a pbix file and I obtained the following error message (see the image)
Does someone has a solution to this issue.
Regards,
Hi @Anonymous
Check the suggestions here https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Unable-to-open-document-we-weren-t-able-to-restore-saved/td-p/352734/page/2
I hope it helps. Also make sure that the file location is not changed or the file hasn't been moved.

Good Morning,
I have found a solution. First I have uploaded the lastest version of Power BI and I have change the association of my PBIX file into windows 10 from Microsoft Power BI desktop to Power BI Desktop. After a few days of testings it seems to works. I will keep the community inform if this issue reappear.
