Not able to open PowerBI Desktop Files and Getting File Sensitivity error

Solutions proposed by @rohit1991 and @burakkaragoz didn't solve the issue.
But now I'm to able to open the file. Is the issue fixed by Microsoft?

That error usually means Power BI can’t verify the file’s sensitivity label, this sometimes happens if there’s a temporary issue with your organization’s Information Protection service, or if you’re not currently signed in with the right account.
A few things to try:

Make sure you’re signed in to Power BI Desktop with the same account that owns the file and has permission to view sensitivity labels.

If possible, check with your IT/security team to see if there are any ongoing issues with Microsoft Information Protection or label policies.

Sometimes just waiting a bit and trying again later resolves it, especially if it’s a backend service hiccup.
If it keeps happening, you could also try opening the file on a different machine or network, just to rule out any local issues.
