Not able to launch Power BI Desktop . (A problem occurred while rendering the report)

hi , 

Greetings to all . I am unable to launch the Power BI Desktop . I am getting the error message below .

"We’re sorry. A problem occurred while rendering the report, and Power BI Desktop will close now. Please restart." 

I have tried the options below . 

1)Un Install and Re-Install

2)Creating a new user and installing Power BI from scratch 

3)Removing the data and cache 

Not really sure how this can be resolved . Appreciate your help

Could you follow steps below from this thread to see if it works now?

1) Close all instances of Power BI Desktop

2) Open file explorer and navigate to the folder <system drive>:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\CEF\cache

• replace <system drive> with your operating system hard disk partition
• replace <user> with your user profile name, typically the alias you login to Windows with

3) Delete all contents of this folder

4）Updated desktop  version

5) Restart Power BI Desktop

6）Test whether issue persists in desktop on another machine
