Not able to buy Power BI Pro License

I have two production environments name as puneet@aosc.co.in and second anonymous@aosc.co.in wherein the puneet one is having all the solutions and anonymous is new one so it is empy. I am trying to buy Power Bi License for puneet@aosc.co.in but everytime I put the email ID it directs me to Go Daddy;s page our login channel whereas if I try for anonymous@aosc.co.in it works correctly and taking me to the payment page but the point is I want it for puneet@aosc.co.in account. Please help in this.

@Anonymous , we usually buy license and add the key to admin.microsoft.com  and then allocate it to the users from there
