Not able to Open PowerBI Desktop file

I have installed latest PowerBI Desktop file in my machine and when try to open it ending with the below XML error message.

  There is an error in XML document (1,1)

And Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1,Position1

Also I tried uninstalling and install it again.. but still remains same issue and I tried removing the desktop files from this loaction (C:\users\{user}\Appdata\local).. but no response.. 

Kindly help me to open the PBIX file without the XML issue.

What is the version of Power BI Desktop you are using? Did you get an error when you open any report file with it or a particular report file? Please check if your computer meets the minimum requirements to run Power BI Desktop?

Also, please check and try the solutions in the following thread to see if they solve your problem.

There is an error in XML document (1, 1).

As document suggested, please try:

1. Uninstall or stop the Power BI On-Premises Data Gateway Windows service
2. Run Power BI desktop with administartor privilege

Besides, as mentioned in this similar thread, please delete the AppData folder for Power BI Desktop for a test.

@SaravananM , Uninstall, clear tmp file and try to install OCt-2021 version from here and check https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-latest-update-archive

But the issuse still remains same..

 There is an error in XML document (1,1)

And Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1,Position1

Please uninstall your Power Bi Desktop Application, And Install 2021 latest Version..
