Not able to Open PowerBI Desktop file

I have installed latest PowerBI Desktop file in my machine and when try to open it ending with the below XML error message.     There is an error in XML document (1,1)   And Data at the root leve...

    HI Rakesh,

     

    I have tried uninstall the PowerBi Desktop and cleared the temp file and installed the latest version..

    But the issuse still remains same..

     

     There is an error in XML document (1,1)

     

    And Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1,Position1
