Not able to Label ESRI maps with the data

Instead of using tooltips can I label data. I went through the solution provided in other thread, but unfortunately, I don't have latitude and longitude, locations are mapped on the basis of address, postcode, state, and country. So all the locations are showing fine. Only thing I want to add is the label. Power BI does not have the flexibility of including that. 

Oh I forgot to mention, I am new to Power BI and any direction will be very helpful
