Not able to Connect with Oracle database

Hi All, I have installed Power BI desktop in my window7  32 bit system.Also installed oracle client with proper setting of TNSNAMES.ora file.   But when i connect with oracle database from PowerBI...

I have the same error message, although with a slightly different configuration:

I have a Windows 7 64bit pc with an Oracle client 32 bit.

As PowerBi needs a 64bit client, I installed a 64bit version 12.1.0 next to my 32bit version. I can connect to my database using SqlPlus (both 32 and 64bit) and a TNSPING command succeeds as well.

But with PowerBi I still get the ORA-12514 error: TNS: the listener process doesn't know the requested service.

Any ideas ? Thanks in advance
