Not able click refresh button in PBI Desktop

Hi All,

 

I'm not able to click "Refresh" in PBI Desktop (button is gray as below), it usually happend when I make some changes in Query but I do not know why.  Could someone help me to resolve it?

FYI,I already tried below approaches, but "Refresh" still not turn to selectable:

1. Refresh all the date in Query environment.

2. Close PBI  and re-open

3. Save to another PBI file

    Hi Rachel_tsao ,

     

    I tried three connection modes and couldn't reproduce your issue. The button is gray only when there is no connection and data is loaded.

    The issue you encounter is whether the data is loading after changing the query, resulting in the graying of the button?
