Not Selected Values

Is there a way to list non selected values from the slicer?   I have a Customer Table with Column CUST Slicer is PIN to CUST Column, if User selects multiple value such as CUST1, CUST5, CUST 8,....
Need Help

What if the the customers where grouped? How would the relationship or function look like?

 

Group 1 = cust1 to cust5

Group 2 = cust1 to cust3

Group 3 = cust3, cust4
