Not Publishing - Goes on a loop

Hi, 

Over the past couple of hours, all my PowerBI models are not publishing from desktop - the pop up for 'publishing' shows up, and then just keeps going on a loop and not completing. Is anyone facing a similar issue currently ?

I am unable to reproduce the issue in the latest version of Power BI Desktop(2.59.5135.601). What is the size of your PBIX file and what is your data source? Do you use the latest version of Power BI Desktop? 

Besides, are you able to upload PBIX file to Power BI Service via "Get Data->Files" entry in Power BI service?
