Not Enough Memory to Complete This Operation Error
that is an interesting error could be the update. have you tried clearing your cache? Is there anyone else who hasn't updated their power bi that you could ask to validate if it opens on there side. Has any data changed in the background?
Hi Vanessafvg,
Thank you for the suggestion! Taking your advice, I used the Windows Disk Cleanup application to delete temporary files and clear my Recycle Bin. I also cleared the Data Load and Q&A Cache's through the Power BI Options > Data Load interface. I restarted my PC afterwards and tried to open the file. Unfortunately, the error persisted.
Some additional details I will also add to my original post is that the .pbix file opens for a colleague on a PC with the same specs as mine, and I can open it on my personal PC, all running the most recent version. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Power BI desktop on the affected computer, and that did not seem to help either.
If there are any other caches to clear that I missed, or if you have any other thoughts, please let me know!

yes the auto recovery folder - often there are orphaned versions. I know for me its caused issues previously but not recently. give ita try maybe it will help.
under your file / options and settings / options
got to the global auto recovery tab and click on open auto recovery folder, and check that you dont have a lot of files in this folder that might be taking up a lot of space.

Thank you for the additional direction! I found the folder and there were 3 "LOCK" files in there, all with 0 KB size. I was able to delete 2 of them; the 3rd I could not, as I believe it was associated with the blank Power BI file I had open to get to the settings.
I really apprecaite your thoughtfulness and will gladly look anywhere else memory constraint could cause a problem. Thank you, again, so very much!
