Normalizing column in matrix that is based on a measure

Hello,   I created the matrix below in power bi. In a nutshell, I'm trying to normalize the "Employee Score" column using the "max" value of that column, but I am finding this to be a challenge for...

Anonymous try this

 

New Measure = 
DIVIDE ( [Employee Score], MAXX ( VALUES ( Table[Auditor] ), [Employee Score] ) )

 

assuming auditor  is an employee or change Table[Auditor] to Table[Employee]
