No visual header options visible anymore

Hello,

I have the problem that I can't see any visual header options anymore, pls see my screenshot. Any idea what the issue is?

Power BI Version: 2.72.5556.801 64-bit (August 2019)

Ensure "Use the modern visual header with updated styling options" is checked. 

This will now give you the visual header settings option on your visuals.

It happened with me once with some other option. I was just able to see by scrolling using down arrow key. Click on option and press down arrow key.

With the arrow key, I can scroll down and up in the visualization pane, but the options still aren't visible.

I am seeing the same thing - no visual header icons are showing up.  I checked the report settings, and they are not supposed to be hidden.
