No se pudieron descrifar las credenciales del origen de datos

Estoy abriendo Power BI y ni siquiera me deja seleccionar el archivo .pbix para abrirlo, cuando me genera el siguiente error: " No se pudieron descrifrar las credenciales del origen de datos", aunque cierro el error, lo continua generando.  Hice el procedimiento recomendado por el mismo error, y no se corrige la situación.  Cabe aclarar que no estoy tampoco actualizando el informe ni los

datos.

Hi @DanhidalgoA ,

 

So you cannot open any pbix. file or select datasources in PBI Desktop after the lastest update, right?

I updated the latest version of Power BI Desktop right now. But the error you describe doesn't  happen.

Did you download the latest version from the official website? Please try to uninstall it and reinstall the latest version again.

Thank you for your response. I did it, even with de IT Support team.  They uninstalled it and reinstalled the lastest version, and it doesn´t work either.  Now they are going to uninstall every version from my pc and try again.
