Just updated to September 2022 version of Power BI Desktop. When I insert a Card Visual i want to conditional format the value using a Field Value. However, when I go to the visual properties of the 'Callout value' there is no "fx" icon to click against the Color (see image below). Anybody else having this issue or have I forgotten how to do conditional formatting!

A new version of PBI Desktop (v. 2.109.782.0) was released on 9/20/2022 via DMS & MS Store with the fix for this issue, please update your PBI Desktop to get the fix.

This issue also needs to be addressed for multi row card - below is a screenshot of fx missing for multi row. I have multiple reports that are leveraging conditional formatting with multi row. Please fix.
