No option to Publish to Web

Hi

I am the only user of Power BI Desktop in my organisation and am wondering why the option to Publish to Web is not available. Only the option to Publish to Power BI Service is available. I am not connected to live data, only to Excel file on my local computer.

I read about an Admin portal that we should look at but I can't find this Admin portal in Power BI desktop.

I am able to publish to the web using Power BI Service but not Power BI Desktop. Must I first publish from Desktop to Service, then from Service to Web?

Yes that's what you need to do.

Thanks for your reply. I am the only user in the organization and I think by default I am the global admin. It doesn't give me the option to make any changes. Pls see attached file.
