No internet connection
I also realized that I can't download "Get visuals" or Publish on the internet, in fact it opens the screen to connect, I put in the email and then it doesn't connect or ask for a password, I've tried searching the internet and I can't find a solution for that.
I emphasize that the internet connection is ok and as if there was a lock for the Power BI application!

What you show in the picture isn't a full email address? Are you entering what is shown vs. [email protected]?
