My matrix table not having the horizontal scrolling bar.
The Matrix row have 16 and one measures .
Any suggestion.?

The reason you don’t see the horizontal scroll bar is due to the "freeze headers" functionality being enabled. When headers are frozen, the logic behind it is to prevent scrolling of categories, allowing only values to scroll.
To enable horizontal scrolling, you’ll need to disable the header freeze functionality.
