No email data from 2020 in 2021

Hey everyone, 

i developed a dashboard that shows how well your emails are performing (different measures etc.) and it worked perfectly in 2020. I work with two tables. The first one is filled with email data (name, total sendings etc.) and the other one is just data describing these emails (type, topic....) 

My problem is that i cant find any data from mails created in 2020 in 2021. Some mails were sent multiple times, therefore i should have data in 2021 even though the first sending was in 2020. It only shows the new mailings created after 1.1.21

Seems like a filter or slicer problem caused by inappropriate relationship.

A few question, how is the date table used and how do the 2 tables related? It would be best if you can provide a sample.

@Flyism , difficult to tell without some example data .

Check your tables what are the dates is showing.

If you using a date table; make sure it has all dates.

Check if some join is failing, because on of the date has timestamp

Any other filter like year at visual, page or report level.

Hi @Flyism 

Do you have a date filter in your dataset? 

Check that, hopefully it has 1/1 and current year hardcoded.
