No data shows up

Greetings

i'm trying to connect into oracle database view, it's not the first time, also not the first view in the same file or from the same DB schema! but it shows no data ("This Table Is Empty!")

Any Suggestions??

If that table is filled the only other thing i can think of is spelling for table name. Im sorry i don't see a direct cause for this error.
