Hi everyone

Pls your help, I can't see any information in PBI Service, but it does appear in PBI Desktop.

Hi  @rod_puente ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

Please try these troubleshooting steps:
In Power BI Desktop, go to File > Options and settings > Options. Under GLOBAL, select Data Load, and then select Clear Cache.

If you've previously connected to the published semantic model with different credentials or an expired token, cached credentials might cause connection issues. In Power BI Desktop, go to File > Options and settings > Data source settings, and then select Clear Permissions to clear any cached credentials.

Aditionally, If you're behind a firewall, using a proxy server, or using antivirus/security software, make sure that your network configurations allow Power BI Desktop to connect to the Power BI service. Work with your IT department or network administrator to add Power BI URLs to your allowlist.

I hope this information helps. Please do let us know if you have any further queries.
Thank you

Hello @rod_puente ,

what I would do is download the published pbix that is not showing the data on service and check it.

what may happen is that sometimes powerbi convert certain fields when published, so i would recommend to check the filters used after downloading the published version.

@rod_puente First thing I would do is look for the button highlighted below. If it exists, click it to reset the report.
