No aparece el elemento visual tarjeta o tarjeta de diversas filas

Buenos días

los elementos visuales de tarjeta, tarjeta de diversas filas y nueva tarjeta, no me aparecen cuando estoy validado con el usuario 365, pero si cierro la sesión sí me aparecen.

¿cómo puedo arreglarlo?

Hi @pat_titos, do you mean the visuals don't appear when used in the report or they don't appear in the visual pane? It might be that your organisation has set up specific custom visuals which should be available for everyone in the organisation and that this setting is impacting which visuals appear for some reason (I had a similar issue recently where the button slicers didn't show up in my visual pane).

Edit: It's actually due to the November Update. The "New Card Visual" became GA, replacing the previous Card Visual. The trick below still works to restore the "New Card" in the visual pane.

Try resetting the Default Visuals via the three buttons at the end of the visual pane and selecting "Restore default visuals":
