    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    You can try the measure below, it should work!

     

    Measure = 
VAR check1 = OR(ISFILTERED(table[ID]),ISFILTERED(table[Country]))
VAR check2 = OR(ISFILTERED(table[Region]),ISFILTERED(table[File]))
VAR totalCheck = OR(check1, check2)

RETURN
IF(totalCheck, [Measure A], 100%)
