No Fields shown in Field Parameter configuration dialog box

As of 4/4/2025, when attempting to configure a new Parameter there are no 'Fields' shown in the configuration dialog box.
Does anyone know why, and how to fix this.

I am running PBI Desktop version:  2.142.405.0 64-bit (April 2025)

The Parameter dialog box looks like this.

Confirmed I'm seeing this exact same behavior with the exact same PBI Desktop application version. Disabling / enabling the preview feature, restarting the application, etc. has no effect. Existing field parameters in the report I'm working on operate fine, but new ones cannot be created.

Can you try disabling and re-enabling the preview feature? Also is this a live connected model?

That isn't likely. New parameter button is disabled if live connected.

Have you tried restarting Power BI or your machine?
