Newly created Bookmarks not saving visual-level filters

Hello,

I have 8 bookmarks in my report. I have created tabs to flip through three table visuals. Two of the tabs have been available to users for 5 months. They work as intended. Current QTR and Next QTR.

I have created bookmarks for both of these.

Both of these bookmarks are set up like this:

I have Data deselected and All visuals selected. THIS WORKS

When I go between Current QTR and Next QTR, it correctly retains the visual-level filter of either "Is Current QTR" or "Is Next QTR."

However, when I add a NEW bookmark for Current YR, and set up the bookmark exactly the same as the other two, it DOES NOT retain the visual-level filter. Using Selected Visuals does not work. I have tried opening a new power bi file, uploading a basic excel sheet, and creating new bookmarks. They DO NOT retain visual-level filtering no matter what. The only way I can get this to work is to select Data, however, I DO NOT want to do this. I want users to be able to use the slicers on my report and switch between the views with the slicer settings remaining in tact. It is working perfectly as is, but will not let me add new book marks.

I have tried changing the filter on the working bookmarks, and it wont save the new filters. It just reverts back to the old bookmark (i.e. I added the "Is Current YR" filter to the Current QTR bookmark and removed the filter for "Is Current QTR." After updating it, flipping through a few other bookmarks, then clicking Current QTR bookmark, it brings up the "Is Current QTR" version of the bookmark.

I have no idea why it is doing this.

Data must be checked in order for the bookmark to save the filtered state.

This works, but not what I need. I have three bookmarks and then I have a "default" state bookmark. I have slicers on the page, and this particular visual (table) I need the data to go from current quarter, next quarter, and current year. When a user selects a filer on the slicer (say they choose the West), I want them to be able to see the data for the West for all three of those views. When I select data on the bookmark, it does not carry over the West filter, it resets that filter to unselected. That is why I removed data. It works perfect on the first two, but not on the 3rd. I DID manage to get it to work by using the "selected visual" and "data", so it applies the data only to the selected visual. However, I am curious why my other two filters still work and this one (nor any others I try the same way as those two) wont work.

Do you recall when the issue started?

I only noticed the issue when I posted this. I haven't needed to update bookmarks in a long time.
