Newcustomer sales irrespective filters

Hi,

I need a help that every month New csutomer used to add and my dim customer table has date column that on which date this customer was added
Which customer belongs to which Salesman is a seprate raw data for that which is [sr wise route data]
I want to make count of total cusotmer added by Salesman wise in current month and sales of new customer added in current month irrsepective of any filters

@amitchandak  actually I don't need customer retention, in every month new customer used to add in my customer portfolia for which my DIm customer table has entry , i just need new customer added in current month And there sales
