Hello guys
I'm new in the community hence I don't have much insight on how to this and I've been exploring options here is the issue that I have:
I have a set of data that is divided by associate and week that has a binary logic if they achieve or not productivity: see example below:

What I need is a formula to catch the following:
And also to follow the logic that if point 2 of the above mentioned is the first time that the associate have the first set of 3 ones then to be warning one and to follow as so.
Could someone please assist me with this?
