Newbie: Question about DAX formula

Hello guys

I'm new in the community hence I don't have much insight on how to this and I've been exploring options here is the issue that I have:

I have a set of data that is divided by associate and week that has a binary logic if they achieve or not productivity: see example below:

What I need is a formula to catch the following:

1. if the first weeks of the data have 3 ones apprearing then show me X text(example text "warning 1")
2. if the following 4 weeks have 3 ones and the first 4 weeks also have 3 ones then Y text (example text "warning 2")
3. if the last 4 weeks have 3 ones and both of the previous 8 weeks trail have also 3 sets of ones then Z text (example text "Warning 3")

And also to follow the logic that if point 2 of the above mentioned is the first time that the associate have the first set of 3 ones then to be warning one and to follow as so.

Could someone please assist me with this?
