Newbie Question: PDF Export does not work

Hi all, i have generated a "Radar Chart" with the visual "Radar Chart 3.1.3.0". Exporting it to pdf, the chart is not viewable in pdf.   Am i doing something wrong? Thanks for your help

    Hi HansBroecker,

     

    This is a known limitation of many custom visuals — including Radar Chart 3.1.3.0.
    You are not doing anything wrong.

     

    Try one of the below:-

     

    Instead of File → Export → PDF, use:

    Export → PDF → (Preview Feature)
    “Export with the same filters and slicers”

     

    OR

     

    Press Ctrl + P and then Select Save as PDF after publishing the dashboard to service
