Newbie Question: PDF Export does not work

Hi all,
i have generated a "Radar Chart" with the visual "Radar Chart 3.1.3.0".
Exporting it to pdf, the chart is not viewable in pdf.

 

Am i doing something wrong?

Hi @HansBroecker,

 

This is a known limitation of many custom visuals — including Radar Chart 3.1.3.0.
You are not doing anything wrong.

 

Try one of the below:-

 

Instead of File → Export → PDF, use:

Export → PDF → (Preview Feature)
“Export with the same filters and slicers”

 

OR

 

Press Ctrl + P and then Select Save as PDF after publishing the dashboard to service

Try to publish in Service and export from there.

You can also try to export in pptx first and then convert to PDF.
