New version Power BI not working on Windows 2008 R2 since March 2021 update.
Hi Anonymous ,
Please try to install the latest version of .net framework and try again. In fact, windows 2008 r2 is out of support now. It's better you can upgrade the system. Anonymous , Please uninstall, clear the windows temp folder and install it again.
If it does not work, Log and issue https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
It is in the supported OS list
