    Hi, PowerBI87 

     

    Based on your description, you may create a matrix visual, go to 'Visualization' ribbon, click 'Format'=>'Subtotals', set 'Row subtotals' off, click 'Row headers', set 'Stepped layout' off.

     

     

    Result:
