New to power bi and need help with measures

Hi, I am new to Power Bi and have been trying to learn DAX etc. I have a table that I needs a measure and I am having difficulty, so I thought I would try the new calculation in tables and I am still having difficulty. I have three columns and I need to find the profit percent of the sales column

Hi @pb14

You mean the column "Percent Total" is the result you want, right?

Plesse try the following measure:

Percent Total = Max('Table'[Sales]) * Max('Table'[Precent])

Best Regards,

Jayleny

Hello! For profit percent you really should have the COGS that way profit and profit percent can be calculated through a measure. With what you have right now you wouldn't be able to calculate it - you would just be able to take an average of the percentages that you have, but not come to a true amount for anything except at the row level like it is now.

Thank you, I am having difficulty getting a measure to work. I have two tables one with items and profi percent and another table with the sale items and then sales measures to work out the total of the total goods sold
