Community ChampionCould you post some sample data or some made up data that emulates your data?
If i load up two different tables, "Sales 1" and "Sales 2" which have all the same column headers except one where Sales 1 has"This year" and Sales 2 has "last year" where the values differ and i want to compare these two columns to understand the variance, how could this be done?

You can use “Merge Queries “ feature to join the two tables tomake the "last year" column and "This year" column in a single table such as Sales 1, then create a new column in Sales 1 using formula like: Difference = 'Sales 1'[This year]-'Sales 1'[NewColumn.Last year] to compare values of the two different columns.
