Hi,
I am Sanjay Shiyalwala and this is my first post on Power BI, please assist.
I have power bi dashboard for data from online exchange email, where my mail body consist of around 2,000 Unicode Characters as checked online, but I am not getting full text on power bi dashboard. I have read online that 32k is character limit with each cell on power bi but this 2k unicode characters is not get loaded on power BI. Any guidance will be appreciated as I am lost as of now. Mails are simple bank alerts.
Thanks
Sanjay

If you want to use MS Access as an intermediary between Outlook and Power BI, you can do so by setting up a data source connection from Power BI to MS Access. Here's how you can do it:
Once the data is loaded into Power BI, you can use it to create visuals and reports. Please note that you will need to refresh the data in Power BI whenever there are changes to the data in the Access database.
Best regards,
Johannes
This thread is resolved and closed for alternative method, just only for update that data from MS Access where email body is 100% but when import to power bi query then again we don't get full email body text, it means there are restrictions from power BI query.

@jolind1996 sir thanks for prompt response, I have checked same exchange mail into MS Access and I am able to get full body message unlike truncated email body message in power BI query. This means I will have to route data source from Outlook to MS Access to Power BI, please suggest sir.
It is possible that the issue you are experiencing with the text from your email body not being fully loaded into Power BI is due to the data source or the way the data is being imported into Power BI. The 32k character limit you mentioned applies to cells in an Excel worksheet when importing data from an Excel file into Power BI. However, if you are importing data from an online exchange email, the issue might be related to the way the data is being extracted from the email body and loaded into Power BI.
One way to troubleshoot this issue is to check the data source and the query used to import the data into Power BI. Make sure that the query is correctly extracting the full text from the email body and that there are no issues with the data source that might be causing the text to be truncated.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Johannes
