New measure using data from two tables

Hello!  I would like to create a simple new measure as shown below to calculate the total cost recorded to date (from Table "Description") divided by the total estimated cost (from Table "Table 1")....

ZR2023 try to learn the basics of Power BI and the difference between measure and columns. You are trying to divide a measure by a column which is not possible. You have to use measure for the denominator as well.
