Hello!
I would like to create a simple new measure as shown below to calculate the total cost recorded to date (from Table "Description") divided by the total estimated cost (from Table "Table 1"). But the new measure doesn't allow me to select the column from Table 1. I did create a manual relationship between the two tables based on the project name. Do I need to create a new third table? If so, can you please share with me how.
@ZR2023 try to learn the basics of Power BI and the difference between measure and columns. You are trying to divide a measure by a column which is not possible. You have to use measure for the denominator as well.
