New column adjusting for duplicates?

Hi all,   I'm trying to consololidate some data. Basically for "number available", when I import, POWER BI autofills the sums based on person, month and year and brings it down for the other empty ...
Need Help

    Hi ricamore 

    Open Edit queries, "Ctrl" +click on {"Person","Month","Year","Number Available"} columns, 

    then select Home->Remove Rows->remove duplicates.
