New (card) Visual ideas - Headcount

In your scenario :

• Headcount 723 should be the biggest, boldest element — center it vertically and horizontally.

• Reduce clutter by using smaller, lighter text for supporting info and removing “vs PM” wording.
• Optionally show the previous month’s value in brackets (e.g., ▼ 1.09% (Prev: 731)).
